Sunroof Express Refund Policy

At Sunroof Express, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, have a discrepancy with your order or need to return an item, please contact customer service at (800) 322-8867.  We will assist you to help find a convenient and quick resolution.

Return for Refund 

We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  You will receive a full refund less any freight charges.

No returns on products/parts once they have been installed, except for defective products/parts in which an exchange will be made.

Orders shipped via FedEx are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on to purchase the product and will be refunded once the returned product is received and in the same condition.

Damage Claims and Shipping

If your package arrives and is damaged or is the incorrect item, please contact Sunroof Express customer service at (800) 322-8867.  We will notify and report the damage to the shipper and arrange replacement of exchange.  Damaged merchandise must be repacked in the original packing and/or box and we will arrange for the return on your behalf.
